29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Right side rear of the facility near storage fridge: On or about October 24. 2011 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical burns, and shock hazards, in that the 110 volt junction/elbow was not covered and had electrical wires protruding out of the box. b) Left side of the facility near drill press: On or about October 24. 2011 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical burns, and shock hazards, in that the 110 volt junction box was not covered.
