29 CFR 1910.176(b):     Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    Employees working in the CMA area were exposed to hazards from a loaded storage rack where support columns had been damaged therby potentially reducing its capacity and creating the possibility of collapse of the damaged sections. At the time of inspection, pallets with gross weights of 4848 lbs. were being stored on rack systems with a labeled load weight rating of 5000 lbs. These rack systems had bent or broken supports.
