29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a. as observed on or about 10/23/2012 for employees performing roofing work at Lot 31 and Lot 36 of Oak Pond Street in Ruskin (FL). Employees were using personal fall arrest system without properly adjusting and rigging their rope grabs to prevent contact with lower level during a fall.
