29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    At the facility the employer is failing to guard the following but not limited to equipment.     i)  In the Front Shop a Vertical bands saw #3154 no manufacturer or, model/serial # has a two and a half inch portion of        the blade not used for cutting on the underside of the table that is not guarded.    ii)  By Dock #8 of the facility a horizontal band saw #31011 Manufacturer Dake Johnson model #JH10 serial 1208111 has       a two inch unused portion of the blade that was not guarded.
