29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: (a). Worksite located at 303 W. Major Road, Kearney, Missouri- Employee was exposed to eye injury hazards in that the employee observed using pipe cutting tool without the use of any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a). Worksite located at 303 W. Major Road, Kearney, Missouri-Employees were observed working and walking near the edge of roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
