29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Strain Relief. Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. West side of the building; an employee used a flexible cord that was pulled away from the strain relief to power a DeWalt drill, model 130V with a VSR drill attached, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
