29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition. (a) Shoulder length gloves used when cleaning the dispersers were not kept in sanitary condtion. The gloves were stored in an open box on the work level with the dispsersers and were contaminated with powdered materials inside the gloves. Visible dust was emitted from the inside when the gloves were picked up.
