29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      (a) On, or about October 25, 2012, at 112 NE 92 Highway, Smithville Missouri, 64089,  setup and parts department  employees were exposed to a hazard from possible contact with a corrosive liquid while transferring product from original containers in locations where suitable facillities for quick drenching or flushing of the euyes and body were not provided.
