Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 6661 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY - On or about 25 October, 2012 - Employees were installing asphalt roofing shingles on a low slope roof less than 50 feet in width without the use of a monitoring system. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 12 feet.
