29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On October 25, 2012, an employee without fall protection was exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep sloped roof appoximately 11 feet above grade. Abatement certification is require for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
