29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. Auto Craft Shop: On or about 25 October 2012 and times prior thereto, Housekeeping practices in the shop were not maintained. This condition exposed employees to safe work environment, delays in accessing controls and panels and egressing the facilities.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. Auto Craft Shop: On or about 25 October 2012 and time prior thereto, a 120 volt electrical box, (Circuit #18) had knock outs removed. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards. The U.S. Army, FMWR Auto Craft SHop was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 307506923, Citation 02, Item Number 01, issued 15 December 2010, in respect to the Fort Greely Auto Craft Shop.
