29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 25, 2012, during commercial roofing activities the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards approximately 11 feet at the eave and 24 feet at the peak, by ensuring fall protection system/device was utilized.
