29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs shall be used only to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. At the two entrances to the A-house basement on the West end, the employer did not have combustible dust hazard signs where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. b. At the entrance to the C-house basement on the West end, the employer did not have a combustible dust hazard sign where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. c. At the entrance to the B-house basement on the East end, the employer did not have a combustible dust hazard sign where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. d. At the entrance to the South D-house basement on the East end, the employer did not have a combustible dust hazard sign where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. e. At the entrance to the North D-house basement on the East end, the employer did not have a combustible dust hazard sign where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. f. At the entrance to the A-house basement on the East end, the employer did not have a combustible dust hazard sign where explosive grain dust atmospheres may occur due to the handling of grain. g.
