29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) William Construction, 2204 South Medical Parkwaay, Brighton, CO 80601; On and before October 30, 2012, the exposing employer failed to ensure that 6 employees working on the second deck of a new construction project were protected from fall hazards through adequate fall protective measures. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet as they performed work on the deck of structure.
