29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) Construction Site: On or about October 30, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall of approximately nine feet to the ground below while installing asphalt shingles on a 6:12 pitch roof.      PRECISION ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPAITONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314315185, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A, ISSUED ON OCTOBER 29, 2010, AND BECAME FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 9, 2010 WITH RESPECT TO WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 87 ROOSTER TRAIL, BOZEMAN, MONTANA.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide an effective training program for each employee who was  exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) Construction Site: On or about October 30, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately nine feet to the ground below due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the means to control these hazards.      PRECISION ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPAITONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314315185, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1B, ISSUED ON OCTOBER 29, 2010, AND BECAME FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 9, 2010 WITH RESPECT TO WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 87 ROOSTER TRAIL, BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
