29 CFR 1917.45(j)(1)(iii)(C): Employee hoisting platform did not bear a plate or permanent marking indicating the load rating and weight of the platform: (a) On or about November 1, 2012 the inspection revealed an employee hoisting platform that was available for use and was not marked to indicate the load rating and the weight of the platform. The platform was located outside the train unloading area at terminal 4, 11040 N Lombard Street in Portland, OR.
