29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. At the jobsite located 430 N. Waco, Wichita KS: An employee engaged in PVC Roofing installation activities from a 8 foot Werner A-frame ladder was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet to the roof surface below in that the top rung of the ladder was used as a step.
