29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: An employee engaged in commercial roofing activities on a low slope roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the eave of the structure to the ground below in that the safety monitor was not able to view and communicate with the employee at all times during the roofing activities.
