For the purpose of this paragraph, an enclosed chute is a slide, closed in on all sides, through which material is moved from a high place to a lower one.    a. Roof top of building across from 138 E. Front St., hattiesburg MS - On or about November 1 2012 an employee was observed throwing roofing material from the roof of a 6 story building that was being renovated.
