29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) The employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually for employees exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 85 dBA or greater (50% dose). An employee working in the press area was exposed to continuous noise at 106.3% of the permissible daily noise exposure during the 466 minute sampling period on 11/21/2012; exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 14 minutes not sampled. This employee had a lapse in time between audiograms in 2011 and 2012. b) The employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually for employees exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 85 dBA or greater (50% dose). An employee working in the press area was exposed to continuous noise at 112.3% of the permissible daily noise exposure during the 460 minute sampling period on 11/21/2012; exposure calculations include a zero increment for the 20 minutes not sampled. This employee had a lapse in time between audiograms in 2007 to 2012.
