29 CFR 1910.36(a)(1): Each exit route was not a permanent part of the workplace: On or about 11/8/12, the exit route for line 5 was not accessible. The exit door is approximately 4 1/2 feet high from floor level and employees are to use the movable steps to access the exit. At the time of the inspection, the movable steps were not in front of the door. The steps were moved so that Line 5 winder could be operated.
