(a) The operating procedures do not reflect current operating practice in that the SOP A-36, Sensor Calibration, states that the ammonia test bottle contains 100 ppm; however the ammonia used is 200 ppm, on or about 4-12-13. (b) The operating procedures do not reflect current operating practice in that the SOP A-36, Sensor Calibration, states the sensor calibration procedures for four sensors that are not in use at the facility, on or about 4-12-13.
