29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: Job Trailer: A 120 volt, 15 amps relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as these devices found connected, adapter weather alert, phone adapter, coffee pot and office printer. Relocatable power tap was also used to provide power for a high powered load such as a microwave.
