29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the northeast side of the roof where gutters were being attached, an employee was not protected against falls at the edge of the roof. The Sechrist-Hall Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314953274, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4001 N 23rd Street, McAllen, Texas 78504.
