29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic is a possibility, precautions against such damage shall be taken. 1) At the outside dock area, shipping personnel and forklift operators were exposed to potential burn hazards due to 18 empty propane tanks sitting on the ground that were exposed to being struck by vehicular dock traffic.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage shall be separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. 1) At the west side oil drum area, maintenance employees were exposed to potential burn hazards due to fuel gas cylinders (acytelene) being stored with oxygen, nitrogen and argon cylinders in the same storage cage.
