29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. (a) Ithaca Gun, Co. 420 N. Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio: On or about November 20, 2012, the employer did not determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 ug/m3 averaged over an 8-hour period. Wipe samples collected from the workplace revealed the presence of lead dust indicating that work operations can generate airborne lead particulates exposing employees to lead hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Ithaca Gun, Co. 420 N. Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio: On or about January 8, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the shotgun test chamber was maintained free of accumulations of lead. A wipe sample from the top of the picnic table in the painters area identified lead was present at approximately 656 ug/ft2.
