On or about November 7, 2012, at 5180 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia: Three employees performing roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.3-feet when they moved rock and materials within six-feet of the unprotected edge of the building without using fall protection.
