29 CFR 1926.352(a): Movable fire hazards in the vicinity of unmovable objects that were to be welded on, cut or heated were not taken to a safe place, or otherwise protected: (a) On or about November 8, 2012, W.E. O'Neil, as the controlling employer, failed to ensure that employees of Engineered Demolition, Inc. (subcontractor) were protected from fire hazards. Employer did not move or protect flammable material from being exposed to sparks created by cutting the metal roofing material, resulting in a fire.
