29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: (a)Reliant Roofing, Inc. @ 1100 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501: On and before November 8th, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees accessing the roof of a new commerical building on the campus of Mesa State University from a lower level had points of access 19" or less. An employee had to climb up and jump down from the elevated roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards.
