29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):     The employer did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures was established and implemented to include the provisions of (i)-(ix), as applicable:    Sundance Boats:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer did not have a written respiratory program when he required employees to wear tight fitting respirators.  This exposed employees to possible airborne hazards in the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):     The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    Sundance Boats:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer had not provided employees with a medical evalation prior to them wearing a respirator.  This exposed employees to possible effects from heart conditions, or lung disease from wearing a tight fitting respirator.

Sundance Boats:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees had not been fit tested prior to them wearing a tight fitting respirator.  This exposed employees to breathing contaminated air from leaking  into their respirator.

29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i):     Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition:    Sundance Boats:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, employee respirators were left out in the work area and not cleaned.  This exposed employees to possible contaminents from using a dirty respirator.

29 CFR 1915.502(a):     A written fire safety plan was not been developed and implemented by the employer that covered all of the actions necessary to ensure the employees safety in the event of a fire.    Sundance Boats:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer had not developed a written fire safety plan.  This exposed employees to smoke inhaltion/burn hazards from not knowing the procedures that the employer requires in the work place.

This exposed employees to tripping hazards in the event they needed immediate access to the blocked breaker panel.

This exposed employees to chemical hazards to the respiratory system and/or exposure to the skin from not being trained on the requirements set out for particular chemicals.
