The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) On or about November 14, 2012, and times prior thereto, at the Savannah Highlands Building 16 jobsite, the employer failed to ensure that an employee working inside a JLG aerial lift basket was restrained, or tied off with a body belt and lanyard, exposing employee to fall hazards of at least six feet.
