29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    Jobsite located at 8405 W. Central Building #16, Wichita, KS 67212 - Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 18 feet 7 inches from the roof to the ground below.  Employee was working on the 5x12 pitch roof with slide guards but not tie-off.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
