PHOTOS:  835-838 & 891.    b.  In the motor control room on the main floor of the elevator, electrical equipment including, but not limited to, 120 and 220 VAC disconnect boxes, duplex receptacle, control panels and a circuit breaker box for motors, receptacles, and lights, in a Class II, Division 2 location were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 2 location, or safe for a Class II, Division 2 location; or the control room was not reclassified as a non-hazardous location by providing positive pressure ventilation in conjunction with self-closing doors with seals and ensuring that the room was constructed to prevent the entrainment of grain dust. In the basement of the elevator, electrical equipment including, but not limited to, the South ceiling light which was missing its globe and the North ceiling light which was missing its globe in a Class II, Division 1 location were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 1 location, or safe for a Class II, Division 1 location. In the main floor of the feed mill, electrical equipment including, but not limited to, two duplex receptacles for the portable bag closer, snap switch and duplex receptacle for the corn oil tank pump, two additional duplex receptacles and circuit breaker box on column at West wall, light with missing globe on ladder post, five additional lights with missing and/or broken globes, and a duplex receptacle and snap switch for two lights on column near stairway in a Class II, Division 2 location were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 2 location, or safe for a Class II, Division 2 location. In the basement of the feed mill, electrical equipment including, but not limited to, snap switch for control room light, double snap switch on wall partition, duplex receptacle and light with broken globe on East wall, and light with missing globe at grain mill pit auger in a Class II, Division 2 location were not intrinsically safe, approved for a Class II, Division 2 location, or safe for a Class II, Division 2 location.
