29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3): A certification record shall be maintained of each inspection, performed in accordance with this paragraph (m), containing the date of the inspection, the name of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the equipment specified in paragraph (m)(1)(i) of this section that was inspected: a. At the facility, the employer did not maintain certification records for inspections performed on equipment including, but not limited to, the following: continuous-flow bulk raw grain dryer, bucket elevators, dust collection equipment, hammer mill, crimper, and flaker. D & L Grain & Feed Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 739001, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 138 Church Street, Utica, Ohio 43080.
