29 CFR 1910.132(c): Personal protective equipment was not of safe design and construction for the work to be performed: (a) Location - JP Plant Conveyor 19: On or about 10/01/2012, an employee accessing a belt tensioner was exposed to a fall hazard. The location where the beam clamp was placed to anchor the personal fall arrest system that was used to reach the belt transioner would not have prevented the employee from coming in contact with lateral objects that were in the swing path of a potential fall.
