29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1): The sequence of actions required by 29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1) when testing or positioning of machines, where temporary removal of lockout or tagout devices from the energy isolating device is required, were not followed.  Location - Joint Products (JP) Building  On or about September 16, 2020, employer did not provide any alternative employee protection through the use of the safeguarding measures, such as two-hand trip, control devices, or plexiglass barriers, while performed testing and positioning.
