29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1):     When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.      On or about 11/14/12, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard from approximately 28-feet while climbing down the side of the tubular welded frame of the scaffold. The width was measured to be 4-feet wide. The employee was performing stucco work from the scaffold.    MMC Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316080167, Citation 1, Item2, which was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 593 Georgia 34, Suite 29 in Newnan, Georgia 30265.
