Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to tip over and fall hazards from a golf cart: On or about 11/20/2012, an employee was exposed to tip over and fall hazards while trimming hedges while standing on a metal platform that the employer had installed on the back of a golf cart.
