OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall from a fiberglass step ladder while not using it in the fully-open position. On or about March 26, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite; employees were exposed to the hazards of falling from a fiberglass step ladder while not using it in the fully-open position.

Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to tip over and fall hazard from the utlity vehivle: On or about Marh 26, 2013, an employee engaged in hedge trimming work was exposed to tip over and fall hazards while working from and being transported on a field-modified utility vehicle. Complete Property Maintenance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation for this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent of Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 745281 Citation Number 1 Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2012 with respect to a workplace location at 7805 West Atlantic Blvd. Margate, FL 33063.
