29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)	Vega Construction, LLC at 2666 W. 119th Ave, Westminster, CO 80234:  On and before November 13, 2012 the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction activities on a roof with a fall hazard of approximately 18-20 feet without the use of a fall protection system.     Vega Construction was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 190393, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on February 8, 2012 and became Final Order on March 27, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 2549 Hudson St., Denver, CO 80207.
