29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On November 20, 2012, employees were exposed to a fall while working on a residential property, exposing employees to a fall hazard of over six (6) feet. A. Employees were exposed to a fall while sheeting the roof. B. Employees were exposed to a fall while walking on the top plate. C. Employees were exposed while standing and working next to the unguarded second floor windows. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
