29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi):All industrial trucks in use shall meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks.  On or about July 15, 2020, the Genie GTH-844 Telehandler forklift used to perform residential construction activities was operated without the capacity and serial number label designed by the manufacturer.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
