29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    (a) At the 1211 Market Street St Louis Mo. work site employees using and or working nearby a  pneumatic nailer, used to install roofing, were not using eye protection, exposing them to the potential for eye or face injury    Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurement or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

29 CFR 1926.152(f)(3): Flammable liquids were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within 50 feet of the operation:    a) At the 1211 Market Street, St Louis Mo workisite, approximately 1.5 gallons of gasoline in an open container was stored within 4 feet of the exhaust of a gasoline operated air compressor. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) At the 1211 Market Street St. Louis MO workisite, employees were performing roof installation work, approximately 25 feet above ground, on a pitched roof, without benefit of fall protection.    Abatement certification and abatement document is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurement or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.
