Employees were in the process of cutting 2x12 planks of wood for the installation to the roof gable, while using a hand held saw, Employee was not utilizing eye protection, on or about 02/05/19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. 3520 Rowe Lane, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing 2x12 wooden planks on the roof gable, while working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 12 feet from ground level, without being tied off to an anchor point, 02/05/19.
