29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: (a) Lower level, new residential construction located at 110 Woodcanoe Court, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards while using a Makita 7 1/4" Circular Saw (Model 5007NB) in wet conditions with a cord that was torn, frayed, and damaged exposing the unprotected energized circuits.
