29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 1) Lot 24, 355 Grandma's Lane, Fayetteville, GA - Employees were conducting framing work on a residential house, without fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 35 feet high from the peak and 27 feet from the peak of the roof on a 9 in 12 slope roof. The L & M Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 755481, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order February 21, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 110 Wood Canoe Court, Fayetteville, GA 30215.
