29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a) On or about November 27, 2012, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet, while installing a new roof without fall protection. The employer did not enforce the use of a fall restraint or arrest system nor did the employer implement an alternative fall protection plan to also address the higher fall hazards of 12 feet and 15 feet that also existed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  BARRON'S ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314660465,   CITATION NUMBER  2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 3, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE L0CATED AT16080 E. 98TH AVENUE, COMMERCE CITY. CO 80022.       BARRON'S ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314658840,   CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE L0CATED AT, 12969 E 106TH WAY, COMMERCE CITY.
