29 CFR 1915.1001(f)(1)(i): The employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were exposed. (a) Shipyard Graving Dock - Workers performing shipbreaking of the Range Sentinel, a vessel identified to contain asbestos, were not monitored to determine their levels of exposure while conducting demolition operations, including but not limited to burning, on or about 11/19/2012. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
