Note: When employees are using stilts, the top edge height of the top rail, or equivalent member, shall be increased an amount equal to the height of the stilts.    a) Beck Suppliers, Inc. on or about November 29, 2012, at the address of 1810 E. Perry St. Port Clinton, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were provided with a guardrail system that was 42 inches high (+/- 3 inches). Employees performing electrical wiring activities atop a canopy structure with a 36 in. high parapet wall were exposed to a 16 ft. fall to the ground below.
