29 CFR 1910.334(a)(3)(i): Flexible cord(s) used with grounding type equipment did not contain an equipment grounding conductor. a) Service Department- The employer failed to ensure that all pieces of portable electrical were equipped with a means of grounding the electrical circuit through the use of a grounding pin, such as the ShopVac Heavy Duty Series 12 Gallon vacuum that was observed with a plug attachment that was missing the grounding pin. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
